Sustainable

How do we make our pieces sustainable?

We are aware of the environmental impact that illegal felling of trees can cause, the carbon footprint caused by the transport of goods and the planned obsolescence of objects, it is for this reason that:

1- We only use wood from responsible sources

Certified by international organizations such as the Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) and the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).

2- We select wood from leafy forests, located mostly in Spain and Europe.

Currently we limit ourselves to the use of four solid woods: Chestnut, European Ash, European Oak and American Walnut, and birch plywood. These woods offer the best properties for the manufacture of our furniture, offering adequate humidity and mechanical resistance conditions to manufacture pieces of great technical value and precision.

3- We do not use harmful chemicals in our production processes.

Our pieces are mostly finished with linseed oil with 0% volatile carbon emissions (VOC) or they are simply not varnished or lacquered, we inform you on each product. We use formaldehyde-free glues for our part gluing processes.

4- We make each piece individually and conscientiously.

That is why we offer a 10-year guarantee on manufacturing defects in our pieces of furniture.
