By placing an order, you are offering to buy a product that we serve and you expressly agree that the sale will be made under the following conditions:
4niture SL reserves the right to reject any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, you will be informed by email of receipt of payment. By placing an order you agree that all information you provide to us is true and accurate, that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
If we refrain from supplying any item and you have already ordered payment for it, you will be refunded the amount paid within 30 days of non-acceptance of your order. In addition, it rejects the right to claim any indemnity or compensation for the disappointment suffered.
If for some reason we are unable to supply a particular item, we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible. You will be informed when the goods will be available or if you have the option of replacing them with others and will be informed of the cost, or a full refund will be offered.

If one of the ordered items is not in stock, we promise to send you an email as soon as possible to notify you of the deadline in which we can send your product(s). In the event that you are not interested in waiting, you may request a refund of the amounts you have paid for said item, a refund that will be made within a maximum period of 30 days.
4 niture SL guarantees the quality of its products in all its manufacturing processes, as well as in the set of components thereof in a use appropriate to their specific characteristics. Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, cleaning chemicals, misuse, materials subject to wear and tear from normal use, as well as alterations to the product or materials caused by weather or environmental conditions are not included.
The delivery will be made by means of a courier service or the company's own transport. It is also possible to pick up the order at our facilities, in which case postage will not be billed; In this case, this delivery method must be selected when placing the order. The signature and ID of the person receiving the order will be required as proof of delivery.
In general, the delivery time for orders will be 48 hours for products that do not require manufacturing. For products that require manufacturing, the delivery time is estimated at 8 weeks.
Deliveries will be made only from Monday to Friday (that is, if your order is shipped on Thursday, your merchandise cannot be delivered until Monday)
The shipment of certain items, due to their weight, may require an additional charge for postage and delivery may take up to 4 days from the date of dispatch of the order. In the event that an additional charge is required for shipping, the order would go to the status "Pending confirmation" until the client accepted said additional charge, the details of which would be sent to the email address provided in the order. If this charge is not accepted, the order will go to the "Cancelled" status, refunding the customer any amount of money paid within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of cancellation.
